Problem With Heater Blower

The fan on my my Bongo works fine but the draft only comes out of the dash level vents. Its got the electronic type heater/ac control, the little picture shows an arrow pointing at the feet or up at the windscreen but nothing comes out.

Any idea's what the problem could be ?

Have you tried pushing the mode button on the unit,this changes the direction of the air flow

If that dose not work if you look above the pad that you rest your left foot on,above that and to your left you will see a number of plastic crescent shaped cogs,you will find that one of the metal rods has come adrift.

As described metal rod had come adrift. I assume something was meant to hold it in place but what it was seem to be missing on mine.

Am sure I can fabricate something out of a bit of plastic.
