Unused connector under the bonnet

Post by Simon Jones » Wed Jun 12, 2013 12:13 am

Anyone know what these connectors might be for in the wiring loom that goes to the engine bay fuse box. One is a single connector and the other has two contacts.

I noticed that is the same on mine ... there is a single plug with one black very close but it does not seem compatible with the three socket one ..

The same question was asked on 'another' Forum .. and the answer was ..

"I think you will find that there the connectors for checking the 4Wheel ABS option, connector 0-09"

Thanks. I'll have a poke around with the multimeter this evening and see what I can figure out.

Yup connector 0-09 is the likely culprit;

Just found something similar but next to the sump, only difference is mine can be connected, will connect tomorrow and see what happens, would check with multi meter but just snapped the end off #-o
