Looking for Paint Codes

Post by ELZE » Mon Jun 10, 2013 10:06 am

Hi guys

I have a little rust round one arch and bottom of sills to deal with. I was considering after the brutal grinding and removal of tin worm I would do a bottom respray. I fancy gun metal grey but I will also need same colour to match existing. Any idea where I can get the paint code from please. I know its around somewhere but if I found it, it will just be a load of mixed numbers. Can someone decipher?

Cheers

Code is on the plate inside passenger door frame. Relevant colours, for each code, are listed in the Member's Area here http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/member ... /paint.pdf

Yes guys I have it all thanks! Should have gone to spec savers!

There is more silver tones than I thought so I am dying to know which code mine is. As for the bottom colour change, I have seen an 02 Bongo near me with Gunmetal type colour and it looks great but it's metalic and that's hard to spray for an amature?

Once I have done the rusticles and rubdown I may have to look for a sprayer for that bit.
