I had my bongo in for laser alignment, because of uneven tyre wear. The caster angle is out for one wheel (the one with the wear). They say that you can't adjust the caster angle.
Is this true? If so what can I do?

Hi Basher,did the garage check the bottom ball joint/bushes/wheel bearing/strut bearing.

the front arm-----34-310 in the link below can bend.
34-390 has a bearing in the top, these can seize solid or even collapse.

This explains what they claim to do. They actually had all the data for the Bongo in their database.
