What is it and can i get a new one.

Just changed the cam belt and fuel filter on my bongo and at the point of lifting the centre metal cover off the engine I notice a small rubber hose hanging off. It has snapped off from a small black square part that sits just above the glow plug rail along with 3 others a rubber pipe loops up and onto the top of it and another pipe comes out of the end of it going to a T piece, 2wires go into the other end, if this has made any sense to anybody do you know what it is called and are they available to buy.
