found the sound

Glow plug seems to have sealed it self after a short drive.....

Found the air release sound....

this is to do with the egr I assume, I now have three pipes snapped from this area. One with the one way valve, one down the the exhqust manifold(?) And this one. This is the one that make the air release sound... as per previous thread. Do I really need to do anything about this? Bongo runs fine.... maybe my egr is blanked off? Should check really.

it does,both as above.
during the warm up it picks the throttle up like the old choke did.
and when you press the ac on it picks up the revs to compensate for the load when the ac pump is running. without this the revs will be too low.

the green valve knocks this off as vac is lost when you drive off before its warmed up, as its not needed if your revving/driving.
