Flashing Glow plug light - SOLVED

I searched for this topic for pointers as to what to look for and found that the cause of the flashing glow plug light was a fuse on the willinton dual battery kit that I had installed.

The bottom 15A fuse had blown. Problem solved, don't know what that bottom fuse is for or how it blew though.

As an aside point, I only have a digital multimeter so when trying to use it to diagnose the problem from the socket in the passenger footwell, I couldn't read the pulses

Just thought I would share.
