Hi
I don't know what you call a reasonable price, but they're on Amazon...
Good Luck

I have been thinking of one of these, which is the best one to go for the Base Seconds, Base Seconds Full or Base Seconds XL?

Re: QUECHUA
All depends what you want to use it for. If you want a small lightweight tent for use as awning to stick the loo and various bits in, then the Base Seconds is the perfect choice. It you want somewhere to sleep, or spend a lot of time in, then you'll need something bigger with separate compartments.
Re: QUECHUA
I have a base second.Website states big enough for 4 sat round a table and it probably is,but i camp in mine with a campbed, chair, and table for cooker etc and have a fridge on same side as table....bags of room. There is only me,but it would accomadate a second campbed where the table and fridge are.

Re: QUECHUA
we use the full base so that we put a smaller tent under it hop on the side and use the main bit for storage and toilet tent with anoth room to cook in if needed.Mark Norton wrote:I have been thinking of one of these, which is the best one to go for the Base Seconds, Base Seconds Full or Base Seconds XL?
base nice size for storage /toilet or to camp in same size over all as the full base in the mian part.
(sameinner to fit bbase and base full)
xl a lot bigger and dont think there a inner tent bit for them i might be wrong.
We like cuse the time it takes to put up few mins and then sat with beer in hands now that want we call camping and after the 1st few times taking it down get better too

Re: QUECHUA
The most versatile would be 2 Base Standards. You can tie them together and use one for sleeping and the other for living, or just use one of them! Choices, I like 'em!

Re: QUECHUA
I was advised by Decathlon in France that the Base Seconds XL is now discontinued and that they are just shifting old stock, so if you want one you'd better hurry up. I found one on Amazon as Decathlon were out of stock and the Amazon shop I bought from is out of stock now too.
