Bose front speakers

Post by stuc » Sun Apr 28, 2013 9:57 pm

In my last bongo I uprated all the speakers, but this was well down on my list this time, until I saw a Nissan Quashkai at work which had bose stereo system in. As the cars are just used for training The front speakers soon found their way into the front of my bongo. Perfect fit, just had to drill a few mounting holes and they sound brilliant. :D

I can't hear the name Bose without thinking of the Dutch adverts on the pirate radio ships for "De Unickque Direckt Refleckting Schpeekers".

Always puzzled by the apparent contradiction.

Apparent experts used to say "No highs, no lows, choose Bose" suggesting that the Bass and Treble response was very poor so giving a very mid-range sound :D
