Can anybody help me solve this problem? I opened and closed the side sliding door before I realised that I had a flat battery, when I tried to open again it wouldn't open!
Please can anybody help?

I have finally managed to fix it after repeated thumping and nearly breaking my hand...I finally decided that thumping and swearing was not going to work!
So I took the plunge and took the side off, tapped the metal bit that is above the cog and it all flicked back into place and made the familiar whirring noise!
Yippee! I am a happy girl once more, especially as I thought I was going to be paying someone to fix it!
