Lovely pictures but I hope it doesn't look like that when I get there in May!

What, relatively snow free with bright blue skies and fluffy clouds? What would you rather?! ;) :P

Cast iron pot with a lid - it'll bake, roast, stew and fry though I'm sure, without practice, it can ruin food, too. I've never used one, but like the idea of slow cooking on a campsite.

This might tempt you... =P~ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0IFkjn-8Dw.
Oooh Matt (or should we call you Jamie from now on???) looks good. Will you make this at the next Squirrel meet?

Yes!! Gairloch too, probably!

I've got two pots - one big enough for a chicken and all the trimmings. :D =P~ =P~

Hi Jilly

It was cold at night but plenty of duvets sorted that. Not too bad in the day as the sun was out.

We're warming up in Scotland this weekend, though sadly that means rain

Whatever the weather you should have a good trip, the highlands are beautiful sun, cloud or rain.
