Buy 5ltrs but you will use between 4.5 /5..00ltrs on a good drain
Think members fact sheet has info on it

Depends how you are changing it: extraction via dipstick, or dropping the sump & cleaning the filter (best option). The factsheet is here & mentions the differing amounts:

If you buy 2 x 5 litre bottles, you'll have some left over to replace or top up the power steering too.

Some people have discovered some variations within their gearboxes & there are known to be two different types of filter arrangements. In practice, you'll never get all the fluid out as the torque convertor holds quite a lot, so if you assumed worst case of 7, you'll probably have some spare at the end. Pretty sure I've still got most of the 2nd 5 litre bottle left over from when I did my previous Bongo, but I'd always err on the safe side & buy too much rather than too little as the shops are invariably shut when you run out of things mid-way thru a job

Good idea to blow the fluid out of the aft cooler pipes whilst your about....( the pipes that go forward towards the bottom of the radiator)
