Hi,

If the engine is getting up to temprature, and as you have done all of the work that you have listed I would suggest that you take a good look at the flaps that the heating controls operate. There are small acctuators that are electrically operated that open/close flaps dependent on the settings. If you have a look in the foot wells on drivers & passenger sides center of the consol near the floor you will see the small circular accuators and the flaps they attach to. You should be able to see these operate when you adjust the settings.

If you use the search facility ( scroll down whilst in this field and find search bottom left )on this forum, you will find a lot of threads covering heater problems. Plus now you have placed this question here on the forum many more members will follow with many more suggestions & helpful information.

Place your location in your avitar and some one local may be able to pay you a visit to help.

Cheers & luck with resolving your problem.

Have you got manual or digital controls? The manual version moves the flaps with cables while the digital one uses motors. Either way, stick your head under the centre of the dashboard while your glamourous assistant fiddles with your knobs / buttons :). Hopefully you'll see things moving as the flaps do their stuff.

Is the fan itself working correctly on all the fan speed settings?
