Scottish Bongo Bash 16 to 21 May 2013 (Club Meet)

It's OK Jill, have reserved you a slot. Luke warm take up so far. But don't phone tomorrow (1 March) as we are taking the day off! Phone next week.

Phew! I've booked nearly all the campsites for the rest of the holiday.

I'll be stopping at:

Tebay Services, Penrith (breakfast)
Stonehaugh Campsite (Hadrians Wall 2 nights)
A CL site at Denny, near Falkirk (1 night)
Red Squirrel - cos I've heard so much about it (2 nights)
Culloden Moor CC site (1 night)
Gairloch (3 nights)
Gartfairn Farm, Loch Lomond (hopefully haven't rung yet) (1 night)
Broom Fisheries, Annan (Combicampers meet but without the combi as too many moves) (3 nights)
Tackeroo or someplace halfway (1 night) - any suggestions? Cheap and cheerful and near to the M6?

Been planning since Christmas with Muz's help!

We'll be at Takaroo the 19th and 20th of May, but I'm assuming we'll miss you as you're up North

Also decided to go to Scotland but in a couple of weeks time... need to start thinking of places to stay too So will look up your list

You could put me down provisionally Ian . My pal applied for the visas that he needs to come to the UK on the 3rd March 2013. I can't tell exactly when he is coming until they are approved and he has booked the flight. They are going to be here with me for a month.

We're hoping to come but wont know until the week before if we"ll be able to. We don't need hook up so if it's too late to book via club we'll just stay in camping bit.

Just managed to get some time off ,phoned to Ian and booked up for the fri/sat nights

We've just had our leave for the Friday agreed so we'llall be there too.

I think it's too late to book via club now (though I'll ring Ian next week just in case) but there'll be plenty of room on the site it's quite large and we don't need hook up.

I've handed the remaining slots back to the campsite now, so you will have to book direct. This shouldn't be a problem though.
