Engine fans come on from cold

Hi all

Can't find the answer to this one. My engine fans start up from cold as own as I start up my Bongo. Has a sensor gone and if so where is it..?

Also. Is it me or do window switches seem to burn out for a pastime?

Finally, my cabin fan is feeble. The speed does change on all settings but its a gentle wheeze. Do the fan motors really blow that pathetically? Pls help..
