Hoses 2 litre

Post by Davidjamesinc » Thu Mar 07, 2013 10:15 pm

Not sure whether anyone can help but I'm curious about how many hoses there are on my 2.0ltr (for the purposes of changing) and whether there's a diagram out the showing me there location of them and tips to changing them. Thanks all

See here http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... 18#p524318
The above is for the Diesel, but the others are very similar and a quick check on Lush projects for the right model will confirm http://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsmk2/

There are 8 hoses for the main coolant system, a bleed hose, and a further 7 rubber hoses for the rear heating system. The bleed hose is unobtainable.

We have the main 8 hoses in stock here at the Shop. They will be available as a full set, or individually, as soon as I can be arsed to get them logged and listed on the website.

As this hose is just used to bleed the system and 'hopefully' allow any 'air' transmitted to the head to migrate into it, it can be replaced by a suitably sized standard hose.

Aw now I feel inadequate cause I don't get the U2 thing. Does that mean I'm getting old or just a bit short of the gray spongy stuff, LOL.
