Front passenger & drivers door window removal

Hi all,

Has anyone removed the windows from the front doors? (the openers not the fixed quarter light) I need to do this ready for a full re-spray I have removed all the trim inside and out but haven't yet had chance to see how the glass is attached to the electric window opener what I really want to know before I attempt it is if the glass will come out without having to remove the quarter light and runner?
