Gday Bongos, Power steering question..
Should it get lighter in bad conditions?
Jsut that today i was driving in a lot of snow and ice etc and the steering was a heck of a lot lighter than usual, was actually like when i test drove the bongo in similar conditions last year.
Is this normal, ie a fab Japanese madness invention?

Re: Power steering
It's nothing to do with a Japanese invention. If there is snow or ice on the road which allows the tyres to slip around then the steering will be lighter. This applies to any car and whether it has power steering or notmarkov1723 wrote:Gday Bongos, Power steering question..

And I'm guessing here but if its 4wd the front might feel a bit more alive if you are on the limits of traction?
