Outwell BCR 24A coolbox question

Could anyone tell me if when the box is switched to heat. Does the fan activate. I get the red light and nowt else. Doesn't seem to get hot at all.

Any advice cheers..

No idea about that one, but an old one I have in my shed did not have the fan working when on heat. Heat was also a bit of a joke - there's a small metal plate that heats up, but doesn't do much to heat the box.

Cheers. Yes I think a fan should be heard. Oh well I did buy it as a coolbox. Tks again.
