Crikey. Expensive (noisy) heating if you use the genny?

It'll be interesting to see how it performs - 400W is not very powerful :? :?

We use one at 400w and its fine. Only time we felt the cold was a couple of years ago when temp was down to minus something ridiculous in Scotland. These minus 6 temps we have had you should be fine.

I went to Dunelm Mill yesterday and bought one of these £14.99 radiators, 7 fin as described above but when I got it home I realised that mine is 600W. What a bargain. I tested it out in the garage when I got it home and it took the chill off it in an hour or so. They are still selling them for this price so if anyone wants a small heater for when they are on hook-up this is ideal :D

Just picked one up from Dunelm (600W 7 fin) . The ticket price was £16.99 but at the checkout it comes up at £14.99 :)

Off to Braemar tomorrow for a couple of nights so will report back after its maiden voyage
