There is the possibility the front bumper was replaced at some point which had fog lights integrated... :wink:
Your original front bumper may have not. :idea: :arrow:

Hi,does the vehicle have a rear fog lamp/fitted.?If not,it wont have a button.

They should not have passed the MOTT ,but a lot slip through without any fitted,mine included,I have a friend that had owned a bongo for 6 years and no rear fog lamp.(one fitted before she sold it)
