V6 aircon belt tensioner

Hi, new to this site but am hoping someone knows how I can get hold of a cheaper than £325 new aircon belt tensioner for my v6 gas convert I wonder if there is a similar Ford part that will fit and do the same job??

Unless he means the hydraulic cam belt tensioner ...??
