spare wheel and towbar

Fitted a towbar on the bongo and bought a full size spare wheel (didnt have one) it doesnt seem to fit under the vehicle is this because of the towbar i didnt try the wheel before fitting the towbar! Ta

Most do fit but a few bars get in the way, you do need to push the wheel towards the front a bit as you wind it up, ours just touches the bar mount.

Deflate the spare and see if that helps. :roll:

You might find that there is a small location bracket on the underside in front of the spare wheel. I had to bend this get our spare in after fitting the tow bar.
