I need to carry something large in my Bongo. How difficult is it to remove the seats?

Four bolts for the bench style seats, and four each if you've got gull wing seats. All the plastic covers should just pop off if you pull straight out. Straddling a bench seat, a strong adult can maneuver it by lifting in the middle, but it's really a two person lift.

I think it's a 17mm socket that's needed all round. Make sure they're replaced with the correct torque.

Note: if removing a bench seat, you will be left with the runners which can really hurt if you're crawling into the van carrying something heavy and kneel on one of them.

It is that easy, but as said, it is bloomin' heavy.
Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.
