Sink pump not working

HELP Please! Water pump working fine, emptied tank, refilled now not working. No sound so I assume it's the pump. Any suggestions on how to fix it. No the batteries not flat ! #-o

Loose connection on wiring to switch? This happened to me at Looe. Nothing happening after refilling the water container. Moved the Bongo while loading it and all suddenly started pumping water full speed ahead. The pump is pulled out of the plastic container every time it is filled and the wires work loose over time.
