Hand Brake warning light on down steep hills!

Post by rustyp » Fri Jul 06, 2012 2:29 pm

In Plymouth there are some monster hills and going down one in particular my handbrake warning light comes on! It never used to. Any pointers?

Thanks, Russ

We had this on our last Scottish trip, checked the fluid and it was about normal, but everytime we used it on a steephill it would come on - so topped it up and its been fine since.

I like a nice simple answer :D My pads need changing soon so this will have caused the fluid level to go down a little!
