Vehicle Identification plate

Sat idly in the Bongo having my lunch today when i noticed the plate on the door shut. Has anyone deciphered this? Just wondered what it all meant. It appeals to the geek in me.

Thank you for that although im more interesred in what each catagory/number codes etc mean.
