1500 miles of testing and was fine, but now high coolant !!!!
I dont belive this...
for those who know what troubles ive had over that last month will know what ive been upto.
been perfect for 1500 miles of driving ,did another 70 today.fine.but after a nice roast dinner at the inlaws i let it warm up on the drive for 10 mins and nooo on the way home coolant rise again.
so after a masive day drip to plymouth and loads of night time driving after work we have not got anywhere!
wonder if i should drive it off poole quay or not!

it all started to be ok since i flushed out the rad.
must be a small crack in the head .

put my presure gauge back onto the bleed pipe, and there is no presure in the system, bled it up and with engine on tickover with no heaters on i can sqeeze hoses together.
so looks like still have a leak somewhere?

Very worrying and frustrating. Hope it can be sorted soon. Allan's probably the best bet if you can get there OK.
Good luck.
