Front Shocks

Post by lazyb5 » Wed Feb 22, 2012 9:02 pm

Hi All, the old girl needs some new front shocks. I've seen in the parts list kayaba 343215. I've also seen some people have had trouble with this number. I managed to find 2 of these in northern ireland at 28 euro each. This seems a ridiculous price, I will be phoning the supplier tomorrow but just wondered if anybody had changed the fronts and could confirm the number.
Thanks :)

I changed mine, but bought OEM parts from a Mazda dealer as it was the best price I could find - but they were dearer than 28€

Hi scanner, yep I was going to the mazda dealer then the local parts people expecting to pay 50-65 quid but 28 euro is worth investigating I think :)

ive just used gen mazda ones. check the swivel bearing in the top mounting plate while its apart, they are usually siezed. make sure you can get the front droplinks undone too as they sometimes have to be cut off #-o .
