Does anybody out there know anything about bongo suspension? Bought a 2003 bongo from a dealer,it seems ok,but the suspension is so hard it makes travelling uncomfortable, every little bump in the road is transmitted through the whole vehicle,no matter how slow you go over a speed hump the rear wheel thuds down.My wife was driving on the motorway the other day and i was sitting in the back the suspension was so hard i couldn't read the paper the vehicle was moving about so much.Is this normal? or is there something i could do to make it more comfortable? :| :| :|

No -its not normal. You state in another post that you have just had a full conversion. Suggest you have a word with the converters and get their opinion. If you put in your approx location then someone may be able to take a look and give you an opinion or direct you to a local bongo garage to check things out. Has the suspension been lowered?

Sounds like its been lowered on aftermarket coil springs and not had the bump stops cut to match, lowered bongo's look sooooooo cool but the reality of day to day driving is generally a harsh uncomfortable ride made even worse if its running bigger rims with reduced tyre walls.

Either post up a picture for us to look at or Measure the distance between the wheel centre and the wheel arch so we can
establish if she's lowered
