hi all. Does anyone know of a reliable garage in Salisbury(ish) area to change a cambelt and camshaft seals. Imperial Cars (originally converted mine) have quoted £450 plus VAT. Is this a reasonable rate do you reckon ?
Many thanks

Yep try Discount Trucks too I'm pretty certain it'll be around that price rather than plus VAT ...

If you are thinking about a LPG conversion, AJC in Hythe are excellent. Combining that with the seals and timing belt could be a better deal than doing both seperately.
They have a lot of experience with petrol Bongo's and did a really top notch job converting my Bongo.

I took mine to Allans in Plymouth and paid a similar amount. If thats a bit far, then try Discount Trucks in Newbury as they also have a lot of V6 experience. Again, I seem to recall similar sort of price. It is a pig of a job and will take the best part of a day to do.
