V6 sump plug size
Thinking of fitting a magnetic sump plug to my V6 to pick up any bits floating around. Can anyone confirm the thread size is M14 x 1.5. It seems to be a common size for many Mazdas: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ms-MAGNETIC-O ... 3949wt_986

Probably..............but...............
..............If you dismember an old hard drive you will find some really strong magnets that you can simply attach to the sump to hold anything that can be magnetised. I put one on the base plate of my 1956 BSA.............Bloody hard to kick over now if the crank is at bottom dead centre..............
