Steel pipe on coolant system

Post by davew701 » Sun Jan 01, 2012 5:22 pm

Hi Everybody,
Im a newbie to all this and have many questions to ask!Well we finally took the plunge and purchased a diesel tin top in december last year (Happy New Year) the bongo needs bits and pieces doing to it and have given myself 3 weeks before using it as my day to day vehicle. What i would like to know is if theres anywhere i can purchase the steel pipe which connects the top hose to the hose on the engine, the one that is currently fitted as been repaired in the past and im not to sure about its reliability. If anybody can help with this issue i would appreciate it, im going to tackle the cambelt change this weekend and ideally would like to swap the pipe and flush the system aswell. Thanks Dave
