Got a set of black leather handbrake and gearlever cover from this site. Both look good and have worn well. None listed at the moment, but if contacted they will probably list them.

Re: HAND BRAKE COVER
I've still got all my hand tools from 50 years in the Saddlery trade .. but I have got rid of my 45K walking foot Singer sewing machines .. and I would not fancy hand stitching now ..
There again .. I am more used to using 4-6mm Veg tanned bridle butts than thin .. chrome tanned Hide ..!!

Re: HAND BRAKE COVER
I used these people who i bought a centre console arm rest cover and a few other bits and bobs. The stuff they sent did not fit my model but they took them back no problem whatsoever and asked me for the correct measurements with pictures and they would make me what I wanted.

Re: HAND BRAKE COVER
hi Mike
I'll have to natter with you some time...many years back, hand-carving leather and stitching the proper way was my hobby...quality stuff...reproduction leather, motorbike saddlebags, cases...only for friends and people who knew how long it takes to stitch nearly 1/2 " of leather
...I had been thinking of a rear-mounted spare for the Bongo, and a hand-carved and dyed wheel cover a la old school western pattern, but I'm not sure my hands would work
...ain't arthritis wonderful
(still got all the tools!)
Cheers
Helen

In the beginning there was nothing , then God said "Let there be Light".....There was still nothing , but ,by crikey, you could see it better.
