Coolant fill and bleed needed near gt yarmouth

Whilst bringing my wife and new baby home from hospital on Friday my Bongo started overheating, just made it home before the gauge reached far right!
The system appears empty but I can't see any obvious place of leak.
Anybody know a bongo friendly garage that would be able to fill and bleed the system properly in Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft area?

Lets hope no lasting harm has been done....Really should have pulled over as soon as the gauge started to move and not "struggled" home....
