Cant remember which fact sheet guide explained the removal of the seat tracks which is pretty straight forward till you get to the bit where the guide says you remove six 14mm bolts to release the track.... well I dont know how old the Bongo was that the author was referring to but six bolts it ani't its twevle and the tracks run from back to front, the 'warning bit' is sort out your seat configuration BEFORE you do the conversion, in my case I had and modified a rear across conversion and eventualy decided to fit the rear seat in place of the middle seat to face the rear, thats when the problem's started, how do I remove the seat runners from the floor tracks without taking all the rear conversion out ......well the answer is, you have to cut the seat tracks in half making sure that the cut is near where the track bolts to the floor, you can drill the track end and fit a bolt to act as a stop...... thats about it for now, got to go and swap the runners around, still not sure at this stage if I have to swap from side to side the floor tracks.........................
