Anyone know what size the o-ring is on the joint on the pipe that fits into the rear unit is? Just wanted to change it before I get it regassed next week.
Unfortunately, not listed on Lushprojects, but it's for the smaller of the two pipes that can be seen towards the top right of this diagram:

ive got the rear matrix/heater in the shed simon that i can measure if your struggling.
mine was leaking from there and the guy who did them at the bash replaced mine.
someone has his details on here.
if you replace it make sure you replace it with hydraulic grade seals, not like someone had done with mine, just a standard hoselock syle seal.

Thanks for the tip - I'll find out his contact details. Was chatting to the guy who is going to regas it and said he would pressure test it to 200 psi, so I'd better get the right grade

yes they will make the system jump if they do it right.
my rear had been regassed before i got it, and must have lasted a little while with the poor grade seal in as it was working (just), but i saw the telltale leak on the same spot as yours.
