Hi just wondered if anyone else has had a similar problem......
We have a 2wd bongo , the front tyres are wearing out on the outside, AND there is a shudder thru the steering wheel at around 65mph and upwards. Are the two related?, something tells me they may be, im no expert mind.........
Thanks

Re: uneven tyre wear front
I'm no expert either but I suspect your tracking may need adjusted if your tyres are wearing unevenly. The juddering may imply the wheels need balanced, but if you're replacing the tyres, this will be done. Whether one affects the other - I don't know.
There should be more information on here about wheel alignment parameters.

Re: uneven tyre wear front
wobble at 65mph upwards is usually the wheel. under that is usually balancing .
check that the centre hole in the wheel is the same size (tight fit) as the hub centre, if its not look up spiggot rings on here this may help.
