Blade Bulbs

Post by Colin Lambert » Sun Oct 22, 2006 2:15 pm

Can anyone tell me where to get the LARGE glass blade bulbs used on the Bongo (Similar to 501 but 380 & 382 size). Also the applications that need them. I don't yet, but I want some spares as they appear to be rather like hens teeth.
Ta everso!

Neil,
A glass blade 'buble(sic) is like this below. Disregard the top of the bulb, we are talking about the connector at the bottom. as you can see it is a glass blade with 2 wires on it rather than a metal end cap with soldered contacts and they just push into a slot.
The Bongo uses the at the back for brake and indicator I think. (I have never had to look!.
