allo you lovely lot.. i've been having a bit a week with my pride and joy.
one of my kids seemed to have left the boot ajar and left the light on... ta daa dead battery. battery has now been recharged but for some unknown reason the side door will not open. it's unlocked, child lock is off, and i have no idea! checked the fuse and thats fine..
any help would be appreciated, i'm due to take the brats... i mean the sparkles that give my life joy, on holiday a week today, and it obviously needs something doing to it.

Re: little issue with my sliding door!! :-S
There's been lots about this on old threads so have a search. I seem to recall disconnecting the starter battery can trigger it. I also recall many people getting a good result by thumping the door on the inside (very high tech.!), but it should all be in old threads if you search. Good luck, keep us posted.soundog wrote:allo you lovely lot.. i've been having a bit a week with my pride and joy.

A well placed thump sometimes does it, or disconnecting the battery for a couple of minutes to reset the cycle as it gets out of synch, similar issue here - http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... or#p514087 & there's also a factsheet in the paid up members area if you need to poke around the internals.

You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.
