Not quite Torquay, but you're not that far from Allan's in Plymouth - http://www.allansvehicleservices.co.uk/ - I'm much further away & he's the only guy I'd want working on mine.

140 mile round trip for me, but I wouldn't entrust my Bongo to anyone other than Allan either.

Allan is also now qualified to recharge, maintain & repair vehicular ac systems
