The cold winter has badly affected Haggis populations, many came off the hills to find food on the roads, but were squashed by traffic, the World Haggis Fund are concerned that stocks may never recover.The_Gordons wrote:Best advise Muzette that this is not the case in Aberdeen where the greeting is normally "Fit like" and goodbye is "S'Later".Muzette firmly believes that "hello" in Scottish is och aye the noo and "goodbye" is see you Jimmy, take note anyone who bumps into her that weekend
I was going to arrange some haggis hunting for the Saturday afternoon but I don't think many of the beasties venture down from the hills to the coast so looks like I'll just walk a section of the Fife coastal path instead.
We are leaving on Saturday for a few days at Woody's place in Corpach and then on to Fife next Thursday.Muzorewa wrote:We'll be stocking up on haggis reserves, I know it's not haggis-hunting season at the moment but we don't care
