The sliding door has been stiff intermittently since owning the Bongo. I can't seem to figure out why it is sometimes and not others.
But lately its been making one helluva screechy noise as well as being stiff, which is causing a problem when I'm trying to be quiet in the mornings on campsites, not only for my neighbours but to avoid waking the kids!!
I thought maybe a stone was stuck in the bottom mechanism but I've had a look and feel and can't feel anything.
Can I lubricate the wheels at the bottom and what would be recommended?

lube up the top bottm and middle runners, sometimes the auto close mechanism needs it to, but thats an internal panel off job.

When door is open, if you give it a little push in at the back and it slides easier, the "hinge" is needing a little lube. This is the one in the middle rear and it holds the runner. This was causing my door to stick.

Thanks:) What shall I lube it with? I am a numpty
edit, btw the noise seems to be coming from the bottom hence I thought it was a stone..also there's a bit of a 'ridge' forming at the bottom, as if the wheelrunner is grating/grinding into the metal .. does this make sense? It might be meant to be like that or even have always been like that but never looked before since it started making the noise.

I gave my sliding door runner and aft runners a squirt from a can of Universal Silicone Oil that I bought at Lidl.

If you want a weather proof solution, pop into a motorcycle shop and ask for a tin of chain wax spray. Make sure it's wax rather than lube, and things you spray will not get greasy and collect dirt.
It is generally white coloured so doesn't look messy and a can will last you years - you can do all the door hinges etc too. I've even used it in places that needed a "waxoiling".
Keep it to yourself though as we bikers keep secrets (ACF 50 is another good spray stuff for stopping rust in seams in panels that are spot welded and glued, say inside your rear wheel arch joints).
Shush! don't tell anybody I said this

Could be that the bottom wheel has seized -worth a check.
