What it the plastic aerial on the bumper of new shape bongos

A drunk has just walked past my van and snapped of my bumper aerial.

What function does this provide? (something to do thith the sonar?)
Is it easy to get replacements (I can't one see anywhere)
How much do they cost?
How easy are they to replace?

You don't mean the parking pole, on the NSF bumper, do you?

I was hoping to get one to match the paint work.
I.e a replacement for the origional.
it hada metalic grey stick with a green light.
