in his absense I've come up with a cunning plan that involves collecting slates and twigs so I can do some craft stuff with the kids...young and oldin a tent that can be used at night as a place to meet up...if anyone wants to

I'll also be bringing daffy biccies and if anyone else wants to bring some welsh food along that'd be cool too

Would have loved to come on this trip but we are going to have to pull out at the last hour. Sorry, see you at Allithwaite if you are going if not the big bash in June.

Apologies for not giving this my full attention of late peeps as I'm normally quite busy when it comes to building up a bit of excitement for these kind of events but Real Life problems have taken over recently and my internet time has been limited.
I've been juggling between a rather nasty cancer scare involving my Dad who is struggling with dementia, my 71 year old Mum who is doing her best to cope with it all plus a personal potential bowel cancer problem.
Good news on both fronts today so Normal Service shall be now be resumed.
Big thanks to Debs & Muz for keeping the thread ticking over, obviously sad that some have had to drop out but with the remaining gang should have no qualms about this being a truly memorable weekend.
As with many things in life, its more about quality than quantity But - as previously said - there are plenty of spots left for those that might want to make a last minute decision.

Sorry you've had a rough time Chris. Its these that help to shape our personality/character and coping abilities....as I'm sure you know love. But isn't the world a lovelier place when the danger /worry has gone ?!!!
Big hugs awaiting you....you are now warned

Would love to have come but said early on my local little tree swinging primate, I would be proably working as the fitting date for the units is next Saturday through to Wednesday, and guess what we are now working 12 hr shifts and on 7 day weeks as we are behind schedulemister munkey wrote: there are plenty of spots left for those that might want to make a last minute decision.

Tired is an understatement, 6 well 6 isnt for me, well unless I am in a field drinking with my fellow bongo buddies anyhow
