Dunc wins a pot noodle!

Thanks To Dabs for putting us on to the "fly eyes" tinting system! It's removable, legal, and easy to apply!

The credit card is the felt edged applicator which is included in the kit. This is actually DBO's Kit which i "borrowed" as DBO's Freda is in the shop for paint...
Here is a close up picture of the tint film removed from the backing paper...

The creature in the background is the St Helens spring heeled jack!

Untinted (and very mucky)

Tinted!

And a few "mid job" shots...

The film can be legally applied to headlights too (too late for me though)
Plus it's available in a range of different colours, and gradiated tints of most primary colours too.
I'm ordering a replacement kit for Dave, plus a kit for my other car... And i'm going to have a play with a green tint film soon also... Green chrome mirror stylee! (i can rip it back off if it looks naff).

My wrist action is way too quick, and way too practised for any speed gun to catch Paul!BONGODADDY wrote:Is it a Radar gun to see how fast his hand is polishing the lense on the rear light

Re: Whats BDC doing with a hairdryer ?
Total cost for the tint material for the bongo was less than £30 delivered.
It does state that when you buy the tint its best applied within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
I was very sceptical of the product, especially when it arrived, and after watching the video on their website, i said ya right don't believe that.
But it does exactly what it says it does, its very forgiving if you make a mistake, and a doddle to apply, they even send you a craft knife to cut the tint, if BDC can do it anybody can.
