Front Heater

Post by footyste123 » Thu Nov 25, 2010 10:12 pm

My Front heater fan works intermittently. Either not at all or fully functioning. It seems to come on after about 20-25 minutes driving. Any ideas ?

Do you mean blowing but not hot or not blowing?

Same as mine - I think it might be dodgy brushes, does yours make crackling noises through the radio as well?

If mine doesn't start turning straightaway I just lift off the cowling on the front and give the "squirrel cage" a flick and it usually starts spinning OK.

Take a look at the FAQ's there are links in there to both Faulty Fans and Faulty Heaters as well as all the other items that go to make up the system as a whole.
