Daffy2 - Portmeirion - April 8th - Confirmed!

In the process of booking a coach on the 10.30 train on the Saturday from Waunfawr (A mile from the site) to Minfordd (a mile from Portmerrion), via Porthmadog for the bunch of us on the Welsh Highland Railway, returning about 5pm.

This allows for 54 seats. If we need any more than that - Tough!!

I better get a flippin seat or there'll be trouble

I just had a quick trawl thro this and altho I don't know everybody I think there maybe over your 54 already how you gonna sort it??
I'm happy to give up my seat and do a tour elsewhere for anybody that can't make it

Hmmm, 40 pitches x average 3 per Bongo = 2 carriages minimum

Alternatively, we could mobilise some Bongos to take the rest and think of the photo opportunities
a. from the train of a convoy of Bongos in stunning countryside
b. from the Bongos of a bunch of nutters hanging out of the windows of a narrow-gauge train
