PLEASE DO NOT PM ME TO BOOK

If you want to attend (14 Bongo's have so far), please send me a blank email at

Subject line "Lincs bash"

I'll then return a booking form, to pay in advance for the camping and sat eve meal.

Hi all,

I need a head count for how many kids there will be a the meet, there's a bit of a treat in store, .... and I need to know numbers.
If you've already booked, can you PM me with their ages.

Thanks,

SD

Does that include kids over 40 or is there a specific limit to that question . . . . ?

Hello It's Grace
I have asked Stilldesperate and he has given me permission to hold a raffle at this meet. All proceeds will be for the Christmas Shoebox Appeal. If anyone would like to donate a prize for the raffle, please bring it to the meet. THANK YOU.

For anyone who does not know me - every year I try to fill 100 shoeboxes with toys and gifts for disadvantaged children in third world countries. Each box contains at least; a teddy, a bar of soap, face cloth, toothbrush, toothpaste, hat, tennis ball, car or doll, skipping rope or puzzle, a bag of sweets (but not chocolate), colouring book, pens, pencils, sharpner, rubber and two small writing pads/exercise books. By giving these children the stationery items we are also enabling them to go to school because they are not allowed to attend unless they have the tools to use.

I have already put together 75 shoeboxes so am on the last "push" so if any of you find yourselves with an excess supply of any of the above and are willing to help I will also take these from you at the meet.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Its all for a good cause

Last time my sat nav took me to A bush and told me to drive through it into a muddy field, but it was the correct location but the oposite end of where we were suppose to be, we had to carry on till the next juction then turn left drive quite a bit more then turn left again, then drive some more then turn left into the farm, it happened to a few others too, so if your sat nav tells you to turn into a bush at the side of a field you know your there, but at the bottom of the farm

I've chatted to more than one lately that were dillydallying about booking because they were feeling a little uncomfortable about the Fancy Dress aspect.

This isn't an obligatory part of the do, just a bit of fun to scare the kids in the woods.

Anyway, most could come as they are & still manage that.
