leisure battery
hello guys. where do i fit a second battery and how is it wired up?
Re: leisure battery
Loads of info on here about em... Just type in a search... I don't have one myself, but they normally go to the right hand side on a special tray under the bonnet.. Where the big gap is under the header tank!

Cheaper by comparison to a race horse...

Re: leisure battery
Being a novice Bongolier, I had to look under my bonnet out of curiosity, and hey presto two batteries.
I thought that was the norm, and they are just wired in parallel.
Why on earth would my Bongo have a second battery, its just a standard, non converted Bongo, with nothing added nothing taken away.

There are quite a few on here that swear by the Willinton kit that is on eBay from time to time. This consists of all the parts you need exept the battery and can be fitted by a complete numpty like me in an hour.kickinthebongos wrote:hello guys. where do i fit a second battery and how is it wired up?
There are none on eBay at the moment but this is what you need:
